Refund policy

Last updated: 16 August 2026. The short version: try Pro free for 7 days; if the first charge was a mistake, tell us within 14 days and we refund it in full; renewals are not refunded, but cancelling stops the next one.

Try before paying

The Pro plan starts with a 7-day free trial — the intended way to find out if Trading Konsole is for you without spending anything. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged.

First charge: 14 days

If you are an EU consumer you have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of the first purchase. We apply it simply: write to us within 14 days of the first charge and we refund it in full, no questions asked. This covers both a trial that converted when you meant to cancel, and a direct purchase.

Renewals

Renewal charges are not refunded, in whole or pro-rata. Cancelling from the reserved area stops the next renewal: you keep access to the end of the paid period, and nothing further is charged. Cancel any time before the renewal date.

How to request a refund

Write to the address below from the email of your account, mentioning the date of the charge. We confirm within 5 working days; the refund is issued by Stripe (the merchant of record) to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 working days of the confirmation.

Effect on the licence

When a refund is issued the related licence is revoked and the application returns to the Free plan.

Abuse

The 14-day courtesy exists to remove risk from a genuine first purchase. Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or other abuse can lead to the refusal of further refunds beyond the legal minimum and to account termination.
