Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 August 2026. These terms govern the Trading Konsole website, reserved area and desktop application. By creating an account or purchasing a plan you accept them. The risk disclaimer and the refund policy are an integral part of these terms.
1. Who we are
Trading Konsole is provided by H2Code — VAT no. IT15572751004, Via del Pigneto, 00176 Rome, Italy (“we”). For any question about these terms write to the address at the bottom of this page.
2. The service
Trading Konsole is a desktop analysis platform for intraday trading of US index futures and their ETF options: order flow, footprint, L2 liquidity, options flow and gamma exposure on one screen. The service includes the desktop application, the licence/activation service and the customer reserved area on this site.
3. Account
You must be an adult and provide accurate information. Credentials are personal: keep them confidential and tell us immediately about any unauthorised use. One account per person.
4. Plans and prices
The plans on sale and their prices are those shown on the pricing page at the moment of purchase. Purchases are handled by Stripe acting as merchant of record: any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout, and the purchase receipt/invoice is issued by Stripe. Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance and take effect from the following renewal; if you do not accept them you can cancel before they apply.
5. Free trial
The Pro plan offers a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to start it; at the end of the trial the subscription starts automatically and the card is charged, unless you cancel before the trial expires. One trial per person.
6. Billing, renewal, cancellation
Subscriptions are monthly, charged in advance and renew automatically. Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record; we never see or store your full card number. You can cancel at any time from the reserved area: access continues to the end of the paid period, then the subscription stops. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries and notifies you; the licence is suspended after the grace period and revoked if payment is not completed.
7. Licence
A plan grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application, bounded by the device limit of your plan. Sharing licence keys, reselling access, decompiling or reverse-engineering the software, or circumventing plan limits is forbidden and leads to termination. All rights not expressly granted remain ours.
8. Market data and your broker
On Free and Pro plans the application connects with your own market-data subscriptions and broker account (e.g. Rithmic): you must hold valid credentials and entitlements, and their cost and terms are between you and those providers. Broker credentials are stored encrypted on your machine, not on our servers. The Desk plan, when available, includes options data provided by us.
9. Live trading
Order routing to a real account is an opt-in mode requiring explicit consent in the application. Orders are executed on your account, at your broker: your broker’s risk controls are the final authority on what is accepted. On the Free plan live trading is limited (up to 3 micro contracts). We are not a broker and never hold your funds.
10. No investment advice
Trading Konsole is an analysis tool. Nothing in the application or on this site is investment advice, a recommendation or a solicitation to trade. Read the risk disclaimer — it is part of these terms.
11. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”: maintenance windows, third-party data outages and defects can occur. Features may evolve; we will not materially reduce what a paid plan includes during a period you have already paid for.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, for decisions taken using the application, for errors or delays in third-party market data, or for indirect damages. For paid plans our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor limits the mandatory rights of consumers.
13. Withdrawal and refunds
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on the first purchase. How it works, and what we refund beyond the legal minimum, is in the refund policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance; if you do not accept, cancel before that date and the subscription simply ends at the period’s close.
15. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory competent court is the consumer’s place of residence where the law so provides. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
