Risk disclaimer
Last updated: 16 August 2026. Read this before using Trading Konsole for real trading. It is part of the Terms of Service.
Trading futures and options is high risk
Index futures are leveraged instruments: small price moves produce large gains and losses, and losses can exceed the capital you deposited with your broker. Same-day-expiry (0DTE) options are extremely sensitive to price and time and can lose their entire value within hours. These instruments are suitable only for people who understand these risks and can bear the loss. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
Not investment advice
Trading Konsole is a visualisation and analysis tool. Nothing it displays — indicators, levels, signals, alerts, statistics — is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. We are not a broker, an investment firm or a licensed financial adviser, and we do not know your situation. If you need advice, consult a licensed professional.
Data can be wrong
Market and options data come from third-party providers and can be delayed, incomplete, interrupted or wrong. Derived analytics (CVD, footprint, GEX, gamma flip and the rest) are estimates built on that data and on models: they can be inaccurate and they change as inputs change. Verify independently before acting; we give no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
Simulations are not reality
Paper trading, replay and backtests do not replicate real execution: fills, slippage, liquidity, latency, fees and your own emotions differ. Simulated or past results — real or hypothetical — never guarantee future results.
Your decisions, your broker
Every trading decision, and its outcome, is yours alone. Real orders are executed on your account at your broker: your broker’s margin and risk rules govern what happens, including forced liquidations. We never hold your funds and cannot intervene on your account.
