Settings

Settings live on two levels: the general ones, from Settings at the bottom of the sidebar (in the top bar when the sidebar is hidden), and those of the single panel or indicator.

General settings

The sections run down the left side of the dialog, in three groups.

Look & feel

• Appearance: the language (English or Italiano); the Theme of bars, panels and windows, Like the system, Light or Dark (the button at the right of the top bar switches it too); the Chart colours, six schemes: Konsole (the default), Classic, Azure & Amber (readable with red-green colour blindness), Teal & Coral, Lime & Violet and Gold & Slate, each labelled by mood (sober, balanced or vivid) and shown with a preview. The choice is saved and applies at once, without rebuilding the charts. Here too: the Chart background (a gradient with your top and bottom colours, or the theme colour) and the direction arrows on candles.
• Chart: the time zone of the axes, the session anchor (where VWAP, POC and CVD restart each day: the ETH session start or New York midnight), the wheel zoom speed and the magnet key that snaps drawings to the prices of the nearest bar.
• Sounds: on or off, the volume, and which events play a sound (order created, cancelled or rejected, filled; price alert; EA notice), each with a preview. Sound comes out of the main window only.

Trading

• Contracts: which contract each market streams and trades. Near expiry you roll to the next one here; it applies live, with no restart.
• Risk: the daily profit target and loss limit of each account, what happens when they are hit, and the optional commission table.
• Alerts: price alerts and regime notices. You set them, see which are armed and choose how they show up.
• Connections: your broker and data logins. Add one with New connection, switch it on or off, see which accounts it brings in. The steps are in Connect your Rithmic account.
• Options: where the options data comes from.
  • On Free there are no options.
  • On Pro the options are the CME options on ES and NQ, read from your Rithmic login, and there is nothing to choose. They need a Rithmic connection that carries the market data.
  • On Desk (coming soon), Options source sets the source for the whole app: CME, from your Rithmic or ETF, from our feed (QQQ and SPY, which also bring the daily option zones). Every options panel and indicator can follow this choice or pick its own from its menu. More in GEX and the flip point.

Account & system

• System: what an AI connected over MCP may do (Read-only, Dry-run, Preview + confirm, Direct (within caps)), and the credits of the components the app is built on.
• License: your plan and licence key. Activate it, see what is included and manage the subscription.
• Support: the diagnostics bundle, how to reach support, the guide.

Panel and indicator settings

• A chart: the ⚙ in its header (Chart settings…) or the right-click menu.
• An indicator: the ⚙ beside its name in the chart legend. Its settings are organised into tabs by group, so the lists stay short, and the chart shows the changes as you make them before you confirm.
• Metrics and the Indicator (panel) have their own ⚙ in the header.

Accessibility

The platform aims for good contrast and never leaves information to colour alone. In Settings › Appearance you find the candle direction arrows (a ▲/▼ cue beyond colour) and Azure & Amber, the chart colours readable with red-green colour blindness. Where it applies, the platform follows the system preference to reduce motion.

Tip: if you need to try a “risky” setting, do it in a dedicated tab of the Workspace and then delete it, so you don’t touch your usual layout.
